The Mary Pickford Institute for Film Education's Mobile Film Classroom was featured at Los Angeles Unified School District’s annual InfoTech Conference, “Excellence Through Innovation,” in April at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Sponsored by the K-12 Apple Education Group of Los Angeles, tours and demonstrations were conducted for teachers, administrators, parents, students and media.

The Mobile Film Classroom held an Open House for LAUSD teachers, administrators and local media in Fall 2007 at New Village Charter High School. MFC instructors conducted demonstrations and tours of the classroom with the assistance of New Village students from the project.
